FEAR FACTORY Cupcake Has Arrived

Hardcore Sweet Custom Cupcakes, winner of the recent "Cupcake Wars" on the Food Network, has just made a spicy FEAR FACTORY cupcake. A red velvet and jalapeño cake with cream cheese frosting topped with a chocolate jalapeño candy dusted with cayenne, it is available now at www.hardcoresweetcupcakes.com. FEAR FACTORY guitarist Dino Cazares personally sampled the new FEAR FACTORY cupcake when the "Cupcake Wars" winning recipe (not the FEAR FACTORY cupcake) was featured at the grand opening of the month-long haunted music attraction Rob Zombie's Great American Nightmare. Rob Zombie himself, who served as a judge on the program, wanted the cupcakes to be vegan and contain extremely spicy ingredients.

FEAR FACTORY Performs Non-DINO CAZARES-Era Song ‘Archetype’ In Brisbane; Video Available

Los Angeles cyber metallers FEAR FACTORY played the song"Archetype" — originally written and recorded during guitarist Dino Cazares' time away from the band — for the first time in years earlier tonight (Thursday, July 4) at the Tivoli in Brisbane, Australia. Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be seen below. Said Cazares after the show: "Yes, I played 'Archetype' last night. Some people are tripping out about about that in a good way. I just want to please the fans." Asked whose idea it was to perform FEAR FACTORY's classic classic 1995 sophomore album, "Demanufacture", on the band's Australian tour, vocalist Burton C. Bell told The Rockpit: "It was kinda like a joke at first. Last time we were there for 'The Industrialist' on tour, we were playing a lot of tracks from 'Demanufacture', and we just thought, 'Why don't we just play the whole damn record?' and the promoter was, like, 'Oh, that's actually a great idea. We should plan it properly,' and blah blah blah, and just started talking about it. And we thought about it, and it was Australia that embraced FEAR FACTORY

FEAR FACTORY Guitarist Says ‘Demanufacture’ Album Was Ahead Of Its Time

On July 2, AndrewHaug.com, Australia's first-ever dedicated 24/7 rock and metal online radio station launched by Andrew Haug, the former host ofTriple J Australia's "The Racket" radio show (originally "Full Metal Racket"; 2001-2011), conducted an interview with guitarist Dino Cazares of Los Angeles cyber metallers FEAR FACTORY. You can now listen to the chat in the YouTube clip below. Asked whose idea it was to perform FEAR FACTORY's classic classic 1995 sophomore album, "Demanufacture", on the band's Australian tour, vocalist Burton C. We should plan it properly,' and blah blah blah, and just started talking about it. And we thought about it, and it was Australia that embraced FEAR FACTORY wholeheartedly first and so Australia was where we received our first silver and gold records for 'Demanufacture', so we figured that we'd go to Australia."
