SCORPIONS singer Klaus Meine‘s mother Erna died on October 25 at the age of 92. According to Bild.de, the “petite, elderly woman” suffered a stroke a few weeks ago. Klaus said, “She was a fighter. We were so hoping that she could be able to make it.”
In a message to the fans, the singer said, “Thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers that were sent [to] me and my family during this sad and difficult time.”
Funeral services for Meine‘s mother were held over the weekend in Hainholz, Germany.
